📚 The Reading Circle Book Club
A New Horizon Seniors Program Initiative
by R'Rise Community Centre.
A seniors-led initiative to connect, inspire, and empower through the love of books
About the Program
The Reading Circle Book Club is a vibrant community hub designed to reduce social isolation, promote healthy aging, and celebrate the voices and wisdom of seniors.
A program of R’Rise Community Centre, this initiative is proudly supported by the New Horizons for Seniors Program (NHSP) and powered by the contributions of our seniors, volunteers, and community partners.
Through virtual and in-person sessions, the club offers a welcoming space for seniors to explore literature, share life experiences, and engage in meaningful discussions on topics ranging from art and history to health, fashion, financial literacy, and wellness.
